Fill spesific row in excel

Hello All, please help me..

I have a problem with my data on excel, i dont know how to fill spesific cell in excel. For example, I have 10 row with all of row has contain formula, but i want to change the value on spesific row (like row 1,3,5,7..).

I have searched many way to solve it, many of them using VBA (the problem is similiar with me), but im not good on writing code..

So, what should i do to solve my problem? 

Fyi, I use Office 365 on Windows 10 Laptop..
