Fill Down is not changing the value in formula =LEFT(H13,FIND("!",SUBSTITUTE(H13,",","!",2))-1)

I have checked the copy down tab is on.  No locked values in my formula.  Simply trying to get rid of everything after the second comma in a cell.  

I am obviously missing something. Please help.

You can check if calculation options are set as manual with this path:

Formulas -> Caluculation options -> Manual

If so, change Manual to Automatic.

Check that Calculation Options in the Calculation group of the Formulas tab of the ribbon is set to Automatic.
