We have used two different 3rd party IT tech groups try to figure this out. We see files disappearing and reappearing--literally right before out eyes. We have excel files that were created a while back suddenly become password protected, and of course we don't know the passwords. Right now we are using a password hack app to hopefully allow us to get into it all of these. We've replaced laptops, usernames, servers when we moved into our new building, almost two years ago, but we continue having these freak things happen. Has ANYONE ever experienced anything like this? This has been going on for years!!
