Extremely slow scrolling/editing in a Table but not in plain CSV

I open a CSV file of 15 columns and about 70k rows, I scroll the file up and down and everything is fine. Then I convert the data to a Table (Ctrl+L), and after this scrolling becomes extremely slow (page-down may take seconds of Excel being unresponsive). Editing becomes slow too.

The same CSV file works fine when converted to a Table on another PC.

The issue started a few days ago, and it is not present in Excel for web, only in desktop.

Rebooting the machine didn't help. Turning off hardware acceleration in Excel settings didn't help. 

Shrinking the Excel window makes scrolling faster, but not as fast as it used to be before the issue.

Anyone faced this? Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks!

@Vyacheslav145 I think you meant Control+T as the shortcut to create a table. 

i found this issue happen commonly with 32 bit versions of Office and can cause crashing due to some sheets being memory hogs. Do you need all that data? You can trim the data query and get what you need and get rid of the rest? You can also utilize Power Query to transform the data to get only what you need.
