Extracting last date of a comment!

I'm lookink for how can i extract the last date in a thread of a comment to report it in a cell?

With the fonction "Comment" from Excel, you can have a thread of "comments" in each cells. (Like the print screen down there)

I want to extract the last date everytime when it changes and report it in a cell.
