Exposing Sheet parts in WIn 11

Regarding the row at the top of the sheet containing:

File  Home  Insert  Page Layout  Formulas  Data  Review  View  Help

If you choose any of those words above, a second detailed menu of functions appears.  Is there a way for the expanded view to be permanently open?

I found it on Google

Double-click on the visible tab names. Right-click the tab and uncheck Collapse the Ribbon (or Minimize the Ribbon, depending on your Excel version). If you select the option of Auto-hide Ribbon, while working on the sheet, the ribbon and toolbar disappear.    May 20, 2020
