Exporting to Outlook

I've attempted to transfer a list of our property owners with emails to Outlook for a group contact list.  Help.  It's not woking!!

Here is a small example of how you could insert a group list yourself

and automatically send the folder to Outlook.

This works with Outlook, not Owa or Express.
