Exporting a selected Excel chart to PDF via the Nitro Pro tab add-in : setting dpi doesn't work

I created a simple colour chart using Excel for Mac version 16.69 . I emailed it to my University desktop which is Windows and Google drive. Today I downloaded Nitro Pro onto my Uni desktop. So when I opened the Excel file on my desktop, it now had a Nitro Pro tab. I followed the Nitro Pro user guide to export the selected colour chart using the Custom option in the dialog box for conversion quality. I selected a colour image export, with downsample set at dpi 300. The size of the PDF output was 19kb - I was expecting something closer to 1MB. I re-exported after selecting 600 dpi and the PDF output was still only 19kb - surely it should be larger tan the 300 dpi output? Why isn't this working as expected? cheers Kellie
