How to get the 16 digit number from the given number in excel.

I tried in different ways but last 2 digits are rounding ..

can we say that its not possible to retrieve the 16 digit number from that exponent number in excel? is there any alternative ways?

Explanation

after so much of code execution,the result placing into excel sheet .but finally we got that exponent number. its big headache now.
