I have assigned an usual project for Excel. I need to figure out a simply way to open a excel document and convert all the text from English to Spanish. I also need the ability to convert them individually.
Little more detail. I have a spreadsheet document that have 5 sheets and want the ability the convert each sheet individually.

Out of the box you may only translate (and insert translation) cell by cell as demoed here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/translator/business/excel/
You may add this translator icon by customizing QAT
Otherwise that's only third-party tools - from free to quite expensive ones.
