I want to use "Factor analysis" option in Excel under "Analysis", tab. I'm using Microsoft Office 365 personal version. 


Please guide me with the right steps to use "Factor analysis" feature in Excel.

You can access these tools by clicking on the “Data Analysis” button in the “Analysis” group on the “Data” tab.

If you don’t see the “Data Analysis” button, you may need to install the “Analysis ToolPak” add-in first.


Alternatively, there are third-party software such as XLSTAT that offer Factor Analysis functionality in Excel.
