I need help.  I would like the titles of each column to populate on each page of my 6 page document of names and addresses.  How do I do this?

Assuming that the titles are in row 1:

  • Activate the Page Layout tab of the ribbon.
  • In the Page Setup group, click Print Titles.
  • Click in the 'Rows to repeat at top' box.
  • Click in row 1 of the worksheet. You should see $1:$1 in the box.
  • Click OK.

Remark: you'll see the result in Page Layout view and in the printed output.

Hallelujah!! Thank you so much!!! I love Excel but this new one has me constantly looking for what I knew before and it isn't necessary in the right place. This worked perfectly!! I am keeping your message in my Help folder on my desktop! Old brain cant remember things that I dont use very often!
