Hello, 

I am hoping you can assist me with adding cells to my spreadsheet. I am trying to add columns and have the formatting transfer over the new column but the small squares keeps slitting. How can I add a column and not have the split in each box and also to transfer the format over the new column.

Hi @elba1970 

I do not understand what you mean with "split in each box" and "slitting small squares".

But you could transfer the format from one column to another like this:

1. Select / highlight the column which has the current format that you want to transfer

2. From the Home-Menu, click on the Format Painter icon (the little paint brush on the left side)

3. Then select the new column where you would like to have the format
