I have recently started an ecommerce website and have spent many endless days and nights inputting data from the website to an excel spreadsheet manually. I am nowhere near finishing and have just heard that there is a way I can extract the information from my website on to a spreadsheet, but also I can update my pricing via the spreadsheet and it will automatically do it on the website. Please help

You're going to need to give a bit more information in order to get anything other than generalities.

For example:

1. Are you working with Shopify or Wayfair or any of the many other sites that support e-commerce? If so, those services offer downloads to their clients.
2. In general, the more you can describe of the nuts and bolts of how you're currently working, what kind of partnerships you have, the better.
3. From whom did you hear  about these ways to extract and update? Are they credible?
