I cannot use the comma number format as a 1000 separator, I've been trying to complete my assignment but this malfunction is taking up too much of my time. I've been trying to fix it for 2 days now.

Assuming that you are on Windows, press the Windows key+R to activate the Run dialog.

Type   control international   and press Enter (or click OK).

Click Additional settings...

Activate the Currency tab.

What are the decimal symbol and the digit grouping symbol?
