I have many excel files that are password protected. Last week, for some reason, I was unable to access two unrelated files. Drove me crazy. A few days ago, out of curiosity, I tried again and was able to open both the files. I then changed the passwords for both files and was able to use them until this morning; when I was unable to access either files. Is this an Excel problem that can be rectified?
