I am quoting a wire job and usually, wire is priced per 1000/M.

Example:

5000' - $6523.00m = $32,625

My quandary is pricing an odd number, such as, 5700'

How is this expressed in Excel???

It will round up each length to the next thousand and multiply that number by the price per thousand.
