for example i have two columns with names Current Market Price & Purchased Price. Now what i need is if the cell value in Current Market Price column is LESS than cell value in Purchased Price column automatically in the third Column i.e. Current value cell must turn automatically into red color .

Could you please provide sample file or at least screenshot similar to above? Without them it's hard to say why it doesn't work in your case.
