I am learning IF/Than statements.
=IF(F10>200,"raise","no bonus") this isn't working. and I get only one answer when i drag the formula down. and the reference cell is correct in all.

I don't see any issues with the formula, it is returning "yes" for the two cells that are > 2000 (see attached).
Is your calculation set to automatic or manual (Formulas tab, Calculation Options button)? Ensure it is set to automatic.

@JMB17 thats really weird because it says something different in what i attached v.s. on my end.
but it was set to manual instead of automatic.its fixed now, thank you
