Excel Wont ACCESS FILES VIA eDGE

1.)For past couple of weeks I open Excel and it will not access my files on OneDrive. 

2.) If I try to get to One Drive from Edge, it does nothing -but it will open OneDrive from Chrome

Perhaps clearing cookies (for Edge) helps?
