Excel VLOOKUP Help!

Copper Contributor

Hello!

I ran a VLOOKUP to return a customer ID. That works but how do I now only keep the results that were not returned for a mailing? When just filtering for the #N/A, it messes up the results / rows and mixes and matches the cells with wrong addresses etc. What do I do? I tried removing by duplicates but it is not working.

You've had a reasonable number of views with no response. I will venture to guess that the lack of replies is because your inquiry is hard to understand. How does "filtering for the #NA relate to the working VLOOKUP? I'm sure you understand what you wrote, because you're familiar with the situation, but to the outsider it's a bunch of of non sequiturs. So please explain more fully. Ideally, post a copy of your workbook (or a mockup of it) to help the reader understand. If you can't connect it to your reply, then post it on OneDrive or GoogleDrive and paste a link here.
