I'm using the "Stock" Data Type tool in Excel, and it is not working to get the price of ticker "BCFF11" (B3 Stock Exchange), for example.
Can you guys help me, please?

I'd suggest to send a frown from your Excel. Most probably an issue is on data provider site (Refinitiv).
