How do I lock the headings at the top of each page of spreadsheet so that they stay at the top of screen.

@BigAl25 Find any of these ikons on the View ribbon. Try and see what happens.

Picture taken on a Mac but similar on PC.

Thanks. They are there on View ribbon, but faint and not available for use.

Can I make them live

Make sure that you are in Normal or Page Break view. Freeze Panes does not work in Page Layout view.
