Excel Spread Sheet

I have a created Excel Spread sheet and was able to print labels from it, but now i can't. It may be due to the fact that I merged other information into the spread sheet and got rid of duplicates.

I get an Error message of Error #9 if this is helpful. I am not tech savey with computers so if you have suggestions it needs to be very easy for me to understand and not alot of computer jargon.

i recently worked on something similar using excel spread sheet to print label, i was able to achieve this in 2 ways.
1. using MS word by using the Mailings>Start Mail Merge>Labels and then Select Recipients>Use an Existing list and then selecting the excel file with data to be printed.

2. by referencing cells with data to be printed with if conditions to pick correct data dynamically on a new excel sheet and formatting the cells/data to be divided equally on the printed page or label.

Both method worked for me.

if you could highlight/explain your problem further, i think i can work on the query to resolve it.
