Excel Solver macOS

Hello!

I´m using 16.70 version of Excel on my macOS, and it worked perfectly. It came with the solver add-in (I already activated it in tools). Last week was my first time using solver, and it worked great and gave me the right solution. This week I opened a new file for my class, and the solver is not giving me any answers. I put all the parameters as told, and still no answer. My friends with PC were all able to solve it, but we were several students with MacBooks that had the same issue. 

I would appreciate any help; this is urgent because we use this tool as part of the class content.

And now that I´m trying to do the exercise of the past week again, the solver is giving me a different answer than the one it gave me. I´m using the same constraints and getting another solution.

Any help will be highly appreciated as this is frustrating, and finding the solution to keep up with the assignments is really important.
