I have multiple sheets, in multiple workbooks, that had* frozen panes. The sheets without frozen panes would scroll vertically just fine. The ones that had frozen panes would not. So I unfroze the panes, but I'm still unable to scroll vertically. The other problem is that some of these workbooks are on a shared drive, and the other users are able to scroll just fine from their computers. So I'm assuming this is a setting or a problem with my software/computer. It isn't the mouse, because scrolling vertically works fine in all other programs, and it works fine in sheets that never had frozen panes.
Also, the sheets scroll fine when using Excel for web. Just not on my PC's desktop application.
