You can create a hyperlink.
On the Insert tab of the ribbon, in the Links group, click Link.
In the navigation pane on the left, select 'Place in This Document'.
Select the sheet you want to link to.
By default, the link will be to cell A1 in that sheet, but you can specify a different cell if you like.
Click OK.
