excel sheet group of golfers in order of tee off groups, error in formula as they duplicated

The file shows groups of golf teams across 8 golfers breaking down to 2 groups. gone wrong of formula somewhere as some names are duplicated in that group. I've used random numbers for the players to form the 4 man teams.

apologies to your good self and other skilled users of formulas on EXCEL. Had difficulty in send the file over to show the area which were a problem.
