Excel Search

Copper Contributor

Hi,

I’m struggling to find a formula to search the excel document to find the total number of sales from each product from all customers. I have attached a diagram to try and help explain what I’m trying to figure out as I don’t really know how to explain it very well.364AC94C-AC86-4DDE-B840-D720D189E95E.jpeg

@Harri39wj A pivot table could probably do that for you. Would be helpful, though, if you could provide a workbook with the some (fake) data in it, showing what you have.

@Riny_van_Eekelen apologies please find the sheet attached

@Harri39wj Consider recording all transactions in one sheet and adding a column for what you call "A/C" (i.e. "Source" 1 to 9). Then you can make pivot tables, summarising the data by Source and by Product, as shown in the attached file.

Now, you would have to add some tables with information on Companies, Stores and Prices for each product to create the overviews you want.

@Riny_van_Eekelen no problem thank you for your help this is going to be such a time saver thank you!!
