Excel Search and add Function

hello, can someone assist me in creating a function that searches one column for multiple IP addresses that are already added and if not present add it in the same format? Please and I really appreciate it. 

Each of these tables are on different sheets. Basically I need the same for both IP addresses and the services.

where should it look for what and where to add it? ... which columns or cells

@NikolinoDE hello thanks for the help. Need it to search column A and add the new IP address with a similar format in the next blank row for instance row 10 in this case if you look at my sheet or row 21 for services. 

So for instance, look for IPs 172.16.1.10 and 172.27.240.2 and if 172.16.1.10 is not found add it to row 10

OBJ_172.16.1.10-32

ipmask

enable

0

disable

172.16.1.10 255.255.255.255

and if 172.27.240.2 is found do nothing about it.
