Excel Screen Issue

After using "View Side By Side" and inadvertently hitting the "Reset Window Position" button I now have some kind of split screen with bars (see image).  I can't figure out how to get rid of it.

Select all cells. Then on the Data tab click the Ungroup button and choose clear outline
