I am trying to round a number in Excel but not 50/50 split. It needs to be rounded based off 0.5714285716 so that if a number is 19.14285714, rounded to 19, but if 19.57142857, rounded to 20. Is this possible?

Let's say you have a number in A2.

In B2, enter the formula =ROUND(A2-0.07142857,0)

This can be filled down if required.
