Excel "COUNT" Formula Question

Copper Contributor

I need one cell to count ONLY if ONE cell in a range of cells has a number. If they all remain blank or TWO cells have a number then it will not count them. I have tried COUNT, COUNTIF and COUNTA, and I cannot get it to work. If needed, details with cell numbers below...

C6 is the cell I need to count.

The range of cells is (D21,G21,I21,K21,N21,P21,S21,U21,X21,AA21,AD21,AF21,AH21,AJ21,AL21,AN21,AP21,AR21,AT21,AV21,AX21)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try this formula:

=IF(COUNTA(D21,G21,I21,K21,N21,P21,S21,U21,X21,AA21,AD21,AF21,AH21,AJ21,AL21,AN21,AP21,AR21,AT21,AV21,AX21)<=2,0,COUNTA(D21,G21,I21,K21,N21,P21,S21,U21,X21,AA21,AD21,AF21,AH21,AJ21,AL21,AN21,AP21,AR21,AT21,AV21,AX21))
