EXCEL - Protection of cells

Copper Contributor

I want to protect my cells but also to be able to hide some row if they are empty.

I'm able to protect my cells, but I don't know if is it possible (and how) to hide some rows if those cells are protected ?

When you protect the sheet, tick the check box 'Format Columns'. You will then be able to hide and unhide rows on the protected sheet.

@Hans Vogelaar Thank you very much.  That's exactly what I wanted to do.
