Excel Project or Library issues

I am not sure what I did, my Excel has been working fine, now, when I go from one cell to another I get the below screen shot

Then, when I click ok, I get the below error message, I have no idea what this is, if someone could help I would really appreciate it.

A web search produced
"install SigPlus and begin using your Topaz® signature pad"
It means nothing to me but someone must have incorporated it within your code.
