Excel Problems

ANY time/ all the time I hit F1 for help I get  an error and say check network connection. I am connected to the internet and have closed all other open programs.

How do I fix this problem?

Maybe you can explain in more detail here, the specifications of the computer device you have.
1. Driver error may need an update
2. Network Card is outdated
3. Network configuration errors

I have a desk top PC about 5 years old.

I have been able to get Help up before, maybe about a month ago.

The only thing I have done is install Telegram.

Other than that I haven't done anything different than I have done for several years.

Si maybe Telegram install has something to do with it?

Telegram was it. I deleted it and now F1 in Excel works fine.

Hi, it looks like the app has changed permissions in Windows – Very often, users have problems because of this.

Opening Excel ONCE in Administrator mode worked for me. F1 now works when opened normally.
