Excel PivotChart x-axis label cannot be change or set

Currently I'm using Microsoft Excel 2019 to do this PivotChart. I cannot set or change the x-axis label on the PivotChart.

You may scale datetime axis as desired using scatter chart. However, scatter chart is not possible to build directly on Pivot Table - some workarounds are here https://superuser.com/questions/812337/cant-create-a-scatter-chart-from-a-pivot-table-in-excel
