Can't use CTRL Key or Shift key or many other features - is there anywhere I can look to find out what does or doesn't work for office online on a chromebook - I have been search for hours - school district issued chromebooks 1to1 and now we are teaching/learning from home and not only I can't do the excel work, but neither can students
