excel online superscript and subscript not showing

Does online excel have the same function to select superscript or subscript as normal excel? Because I can't find it :( . There is no font menu button at the corner on online excel as well.

To my knowledge it's supported in interface, i.e. you can't apply such formatting in Excel for web. But if you do that in desktop version and open the file in web version, superscript and subscript will be shown.
