Hi there. I'm a first-time poster but can't find a solution to this in any existing threads...
I'm sharing an excel file using Online Excel with multiple users, and I want to play a sound to alert users that a new entry has been made. That seems easy enough in Excel Desktop App using VBA, but as Online Excel does not support macros I'm struggling to find a way to achieve it. Can anyone help me?
I have a cell formula in $H1 that says "If($B1="","","Pending") and I want to play a sound when cell H1 value changes to "Pending". I already have conditional formatting in play but sometimes a visual cue can't beat an audible one!
