Excel not scrolling and not unhiding rows

Hello,

My Excel Stopped scrolling, and after lots of trials, I found a suggestion that unhidding rows would fix it. But now I also can't unhide rows.

Help please!

First of all, please remove the window fixation if available.

View>Freeze Window>Unfreeze.

If this doesn't solve the problem, perform an update basically.

If it still doesn't work...then follow these steps in the attached link.
