Excel not expanding data after Version 2301 (Build 16026.20146) update

Cannot expand columns with "+" button. Before update "+" button works.

Problem with 32-bit and 64-bit.

Maybe someone already have some solutions?

Still not found solution. I registered ticket to MS but still waiting their answer.
