How do I use a calculation get the most recent data point?  In a separate field, I want to get 40%.  The next month, I want in that same field to be whatever Nov data reads.  TY for the help.

If you want to return the last filled in value in row 2:

=LOOKUP(9.99999999999999E+307,2:2)

This can be filled down if required.
