I have Recently purchased Office 19. One of my xcel files is misbehaving. When i type a correction to a number string in any field it will only show a 0 for the corrected number no other digit no matter which number I type. The digit is in the last place of a 16 digit numerical string. If I unlock the field and change the field type from number to "General" or "Text", then I get something even more erroneous than the numbers I'm trying to represent. I am the file creator / owner and all the data contained therein is mym own and is password protected.
Is this a known bug, and if so is there a fix?

@jmmanuto ,,, for etter understanding please either share some sample data or upload the Sheet even,, in case of Formula, Excel has an option,, always return ZERO,,, check this with File,, Option,,, .
