I have an Excel Macro from before the upgrade to 365 that works on existing users.
If a new user is added it fails. IF an existing user's profile changes the macro fails. It is NOT a permissions problem, All settings are identical to working macros , no error messages or log entries. It just fails! I have had 2 outside agencies examine the problem, and all of us do NOT have any idea why or what is causing the problem.
I am hoping someone else has encountered this, and found a solution. IT IS NOT the same problem as the other thread.
