Excel Macro/VBA For Column Chart Inquiry

Hi Forum,

Looking for a simple code for clustered column graphs . The problem I'm having is that the macro recorder does not seem to capture changing the alignment of data labels. Is there a VBA code that someone knows for Excel that will work?
