I am trying to open a document in excel from ShareFile which is a secure site that I use to keep track of my patients undergoing treatments. When I try to open the secure file it says the links cannot be updated in the workbook right now and defaults all the information to #REF!. I tried to use find and replace it just comes up saying we can't find what you are looking for. I can view the document on my secure file site, but at the very top of viewing the document it says: Links Disabled: Links to external workbooks are not supported and have been disabled. My question is if the links are disabled when the file is uploaded on the site will that cause me not to view it when I try to open it up in Excel.
