Excel Labs fails to load

Hi all!

I installed Excel Labs from Add-ins store, but it won't load for me. Anyone ran into this before? Please help! thanks in advance!

btw, I am using it on Mac, here is the version:

I'm on Windows, but similar happens from time to time. Usually helps reload from My Add-ins

perhaps there is a dependency file or package which is required for Excel standard to MS Office however not included in the standalone version of that program?

I also cannot load this add in, if anyone comes up with a fix please let us know 🙂
