Excel issue

When I highlight a field, or even change the font color or add a border, the highlight etc does not save.  What do I need to do to have documents saved with hightlights, etc.

@Charlene_Kneer Make sure you save the document as an Excel workbook with an xlsx extension. Are you perhaps accidentally saving the file as a csv?

No I’m saving as an excel spreadsheet always.

@Riny_van_EekelenI just tried to create a fake spreadsheet to send to you and the problem seems to have resolved itself!!  Thanks so much though for your willingness to help.  Appreciated here.
