Excel issue - autosum

Hi,

I faced this issue first time. My cells are in number format. I try to use autosum function but

excel gives =SUM(#REF!) error.

But when I manually enter formula for same area, it works. 

I do not figure out the root problem with autosum function.

Could you attach a sample workbook (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar? Thanks in advance.
